Secretary/accounts Assistant

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Maintain and organise office supplies, ensuring that all materials are readily available for staff.
- Assist in data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support the Accounts department
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed for meetings.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.
**Skills**
- Proficient in clerical tasks with a strong understanding of administrative functions.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong computer skills.
- Demonstrated ability in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
