**Job Summary**

**Essential Job Functions**
- Identifies customer needs and establishes appropriate solutions within the company products
- Works with customers to determine their needs and suggests appropriate products or services to meet them
- Provides information about UKM Print & Embroidery Ltd products and services to customers to improve their experiences
- Follows up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their experience and to keep abreast of market changes
- Manages customer accounts to ensure all accounts are satisfied
- Provides feedback to management about customer interactions, results of surveys, etc.
- Other duties as assigned

**Required Skills & Abilities**
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
