**Description**:
We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to join our sales team, helping to streamline and support all aspects of the sales process. This role will be key in ensuring the sales team, including Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), operate efficiently and have the tools, resources, and insights they need to succeed. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing sales data, optimizing processes, generating reports, and supporting strategic decision-making, across new and existing clients. Your work will be integral to improving overall sales performance and driving business growth.

**Requirements**:
**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Sales Process Optimization: Collaborate with the sales team to streamline workflows, improve sales processes & effectiveness, and ensure seamless communication across departments.
- CRM Management: Maintain and optimize the CRM system (Salesforce) to ensure the sales team are most effective, managing data accuracy, customer information, key metrics, and prioritization of leads and opportunities.
- Reporting & Analytics: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports & dashboards on sales performance, pipeline status, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support data-driven decision-making for the sales team.
- Sales Forecasting: Assist in developing accurate sales forecasts by analyzing trends, pipeline activity, and historical data to support business planning and goal-setting.
- Sales Tools Management: Manage and implement sales tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo) to enhance sales productivity and ensure the team is equipped with the best resources.
- Sales Documentation & Training: Create and maintain documentation for sales processes and tools. Support onboarding and ongoing training for new sales team members, ensuring they are proficient in using systems and tools.
- Pipeline & Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales activities and pipeline health to identify bottlenecks, gaps, or opportunities for improvement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and finance teams to align strategies and support the sales process, ensuring seamless coordination across the business.
- Compensation & Incentives: Assist in managing sales commission plans, incentives, and compensation programs, ensuring accurate and timely payouts. Support Strategic Initiatives: Help with the development and implementation of sales initiatives and campaigns, providing operational support for new product launches, territory expansion, or special projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience: 4+ years of experience in sales operations,, ideally in a tech or SaaScompany.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce experience required) and familiarity with sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and generate insights to support decision-making. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools is a plus.
- Process Improvement: Experience in optimizing sales processes and workflows, with a track record of implementing systems that improve efficiency.
- Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail, especially when managing data, reporting, and documentation.
- Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-fun
