**Description**:
The main responsibility of this role is to support the sales development of L’Occitane Wholesale and B2B by providing support to the Sales team. This role will assist in coordinating all key projects for the UK and Ireland, collecting and maintaining all relevant information and reports. In addition, this role will interface with other departments involved in the Wholesale activity.

**This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.**

**What Will You Do?**:
**_
Sales Support_**
- Produce quarterly Order Forms to be communicated to the Sales team with all necessary information from Stock and Marketing.
- Coordinate Sales Campaigns with Stock and Marketing to ensure all elements required for implementation are in place.
- Produce a quarterly newsletter working Senior Wholesale Manager & the Marketing Team, collating all the relevant stock and marketing information and sending this out to all relevant customers.
- Managing prospective new customer enquiries and sharing potential leads with the Area Manager or B2B manager in the relevant field.

**_ Stock & Sundries_**
- Manage the wholesale stock, tester, POS, and samples within the head office.
- Place Head Office Orders for stock and POS as required. Including testers, samples and sundries.
- Collate all tester requests on a monthly basis from Sales Managers & Counters and update the Supply chain to ensure that are processed accordingly.
- Pack and distribute testers for stores as requested.
- Support in the implementation of B2B mailouts, working with the B2B manager to send samples to prospective and existing customers whilst ensuring stock levels are maintained.

**_ Administration & Reporting_**
- Maintain and update the Wholesale and B2B Master Price Lists.
- Update John Lewis’ retail sales monthly by store and by line
- Update on a regular basis the “B2B Bible” and input their sales on a monthly basis.
- Collate monthly sales data from the weekly Counter Reports into the End of Month summary and share with the internal sales team & Counter Managers.
- Manage the Department Holiday / Absence tracker.
- Support with the organization of quarterly journey meetings and bi-annual Counter Managers’ meetings ensuring logistics, travel and F&B arrangements are well executed.
- Take minutes in team meetings and issue them to attendees following each meeting.
- Provide general assistance to the team as required.

**_ Marketing_**
- Ensure that all necessary information is provided by the Marketing team for all activities including campaigns, presentations, POS & retail events applicable to wholesale.
- Manage VM requests from Area Managers with Senior Manager & Marketing Dept. ensuring that brief is clear & authorisation received prior to the process. Saving in Store’s SD folder.
- As required, deliver and manage ad-hoc projects according to the timeframe requested by the Team.
- Collate data required to populate New Line Forms - e.g. Weights, dimensions, commodity codes & Pricing etc.
- Support Key Account & Area Managers by creating NLF including product launches & SKU updates for their online accounts.
- Manage John Lewis’ online Assets (Imagery & copy)
- Brief in any marketing material/assets that is needed for B2B or Corporate Gifting

**Brand Building**
- Support Company and Department events, both internal and external, ensuring logistics run smoothly and the brand is positively represented.
- Effectively communicate all Company objectives regarding your Department to all relevant colleagues.
- Attend Sales Meetings/Trade Shows and Functions as requested by the company.
