**The opportunity**:
Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, the Customer Success Coordinator (CSC) will be on hand to support the customer success team with delivering brilliant customer experience to Propolis members. The CSC will work closely with our expert consultants, clients and customer success managers to support in preparing documentation and coordinating client activities.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Coordinating scheduling and calendar management for the Customer Success Team and ensuring smooth meeting set up
- Gather engagement data to build customer engagement reports
- Assist with client communications for the CS Team
- Support with events and training registrations
- Assisting the CS Team with meeting research, preparation and minute taking
- Administration responsibilities to support the needs of the customer success department
- Sales Support responsibilities including prospect and customer research,
- Exploring ways to improve team processes through innovative AI tools such as ChatGPT

**About you**:

- A positive, problem-solving attitude with brilliant attention to detail
- A self-starting and experienced professional who will take 100% accountability in the delivery of activities and will be relentless in providing a quality customer experience
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, every changing environment
- Ability to be proactive, use own initiative and to work alone in a remote environment.
- Proficient in Excel
- Previous experience with using Salesforce is advantageous

**Recruitment Process**:

- Appicant who are able to share a CV and or cover letter, that clearly demonstrates experience and or transferable skill in all the key deliverables of the role, will be invited to a 20 minute call to discuss the opportunity in more detail.

Successful applicants who are yet to complete an Excel task, will be invited to do so.

The final stage of the interview process is a face to face interview at our London office with the team.

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
