We are currently looking for a Team Leader to lead our small team in Gloucester, supervising a team of three support workings for our client, a 61-year-old man with a brain injury, on a part-time basis.
**The Benefits**:

**The Role**
As a Team Leader, you will co-ordinate a team of three support workers, providing care for a co-operative and friendly 61-year-old man with a brain injury in Gloucester.
You will direct your team to provide high-quality support and care for the client, ensuring his safety and physical wellbeing at all times.
Facilitating the client’s independence, you will oversee the provision of assistance with day-to-day domestic and social activities. You will facilitate his interest in fishing, cars, history and museums, attending the gym and enable him to expand his socialactivities.
**About You**
To be considered as a Team Leader, you will need:

- Previous experience of caring for people with a brain injury
- Experience of managing others and knowledge of organising staff rotas
- To hold a recognised Health and Social Care qualification (NVQ Level 3 or above or a Diploma)
- A full, valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle
This is a part-time role, working 21 hours per week from 10am - 5pm Mondays and Wednesdays and 10am - 3pm Fridays.
This position requires a fully enhanced disclosure request from the DBS. You will also be required to register with the DBS Update Service.
