The Senior Credit Controller, is responsible for collecting debts from our company debtors, ensuring timely payments of company debts, processing invoices, maintaining the sales ledger, have a good understanding of Research & Development tax benefits, and providing administrative support.

- Create a positive team member experience.
- Communicate and coordinate accounting policies, practices, and procedures with other Firm employees.

Client:

- Oversee the collection of customer accounts to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Focus on controlling risks, maximizing profits, and exceeding client expectations.

Value:

- Allocate daily bank receipts against client accounts.
- Negotiate payment plans and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain client data and live sales ledger.
- Ensure timely payments, high customer retention, and reduction in debtor's DSO.
- Meet monthly team targets and assist in process improvements.

Education and Experience:
Previous related experience and/or training in a similar environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, mathematics, or equivalent is preferable but not essential

Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have excellent typing skills and working knowledge in Microsoft® Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research. Competency with large ERP systems; proficient in Office software.
