**Patient Services team member required for busy GP Surgery in Chiswick.**

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our friendly and busy patient services team. This dynamic role offers plenty of opportunities for growth within our multi-site GP surgery located in Chiswick.

The role will involve dealing with patients at the front desk, answering telephones and patient queries in the dedicated phone hub, Care navigation in the reactive care hub and any other administrative duties needed to support the day to day running of the surgery.

You will provide a positive, professional and compassionate service at all times.

You may be required to work extra hours when colleagues are absent due to sickness or holiday, you may also be required to work outside normal working hours.

You will have the option to be enrolled in the NHS Pension scheme.

**Please note salary is negotiable for this role.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £11.75 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
