Our international Client Operations team consists of three intra-departments: Service, Success and Technical.
This position sits in our Success team. Our approach to success is our drive in providing expert assistance to our clients so they can successfully use and understand our system and the value it will bring to their business. Our Success team provides 1-2-1 sessions with clients and tailored communication and assistance on queries, workflows and usage. Our highly experienced and dedicated Success team takes a proactive approach in helping clients use our products more effectively.

**What you’ll do**:
- **Provide structured training** to new and existing clients according to company standards
- **Manage schedules **for training packages
- **Review the clients’ customer journeys**, determine how it’s supported, and use a consultative approach to help clients overcome issues and achieve their goals
- **Create training and educational materials** to add to our knowledge base
- **Promote the value** of the product and its features
- **Establish relationships** as a trusted and strategic advisor to clients
**Requirements**:
**Your skills and behaviours**:
- **Proven 1-2 years experience** in a training/onboarding role within Software/SaaS/Tech industry
- **Exceptional communication skills**, both written and verbal
- **Analytical, detail and process-driven mindset**:
- **Able to cultivate positive relationships** with clients
- **Technical skills required** in using and troubleshooting the product
- **Accountability and personal organisation**
**Benefits**
£25-30,000 is the salary for this role. The other elements of your compensation include: 23 days off + UK bank holidays, £50 monthly gym contribution, pension contribution, free snacks provided at our brand new modern workspace close to Southwark, Waterloo and Elephant & Castle underground station. And you’d probably like to know that we have a hybrid working model (10 days per month in the office). During the 6 month probation period, our employees work full-time in the office.
