I am currently recruiting for a passionate and enthusiastic Client Success Manager to join an award-winning Programmatic agency based in central London.
As the Client Success Manager, you will work on developing and maintaining strong client relationships, striving to understand their key challenges whilst continuing to provide strategic programmatic solutions. You will have a love for communication and problemsolving, whilst also recognising and aligning yourself with the core pillars of the business: Audience, Segments, Tech Stack, and Attribution.
Location: London (flexi working)

**Salary**: Up to £40,000 per annum
- At least two years experience in a similar role
- Confident in your ability to help clients transform their media expectations whilst realising their visions for success
- Happy to build strong, long-lasting relationships with both clients and agencies
- The ability to understand and communicate any services that may add value for the clients, to ensure they are upsold and aware of the full suite of services the agency provides
- The capability to lead on the financial running of across your accounts in conjunction with the operations department
- Experience of working across departments, collaboratively and with great enthusiasm
- An understanding of monthly/quarterly forecasting to display and rationalise margin shifts versus budgets
- The ability to collate and deliver success reports to the clients,demonstrating any key highlights clearly
- The expertise to write campaign commentary, issue clients with weekly feedback, lead on calls, and circulate and follow up notes
- Happy to manage SLA with clients
