Service Delivery Manager - Remote - Permanent - £42,000-£47,000 per annum

Annual bonus of up to £5,000 per annum.

Are you an experienced Manager within the Further Education, Apprenticeships or Skills sector? Have you managed coaches, trainers or assessors? Do you have experience of working towards set KPI’s?
A full-time, permanent role has become available with a well-established training provider. As the Service Delivery Manager, you will be part of a team of Delivery Managers who are responsible for supporting the Service Delivery Director with the managementand co-ordination of a team of Coaches and Trainers responsible for the delivery of Apprenticeships. The position will be to oversee the coaches and trainers across varying apprenticeship standards.

Key responsibilities include:

- Using data to manage the timely completion and retention of apprentices
- Ensuring that the needs of clients are met with external service review meetings
- Inducting new members of the coaching and training team
- Completing 1-2-1 meetings with individual members of the team
- Work with the Quality and Curriculum team to ensure the quality of provision is upheld
- Support the funding team to ensure limited risk at audit
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure continual improvement and service to learners and employers
- Attend meetings with employers to identify needs and promote appropriate services
- Background, knowledge, and experience with at least 2 of the following apprenticeship standards:

- Digital Marketing
- Project Management
- Software Development
- Business Analytics
- Functional Skills
- Experience working as a Manager, Coach and or Trainer within the Apprenticeship sector
- Working knowledge of funding streams, including ESFA
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a remote team
- Ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels internal and external.
- Familiar with Ofsted and the Education Inspection Framework
- Understanding of current equality and diversity, safeguarding, GDPR and health and safety regulations
- The ability to plan, monitor and deliver quality work to meet targets and performance standards
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple priorities
