Delivery Manager – HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) Salary £40,014 – £42,859. Full‑time. Location: London. Permanent Civil Service. Responsibilities Lead the smooth running of the North Group of Magistrates cluster, supporting the Head of Operations, Deputy Head of Operations and Cluster Operations Manager. Deliver cluster performance objectives and provide a consistent, customer‑focused service. Maintain positive working relationships with the judiciary, agencies and user groups, and drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency. Manage complaints, corrective actions and escalation of court facilities issues to HMCTS Estates. Ensure health and safety, IT and workstation compliance, and support the delivery of public service in a process‑driven, compliant environment. Qualifications Experience leading teams in a justice or public service setting. Strong communication skills and ability to engage with people at all levels. Problem‑solving, diplomatic approach and ability to take direction and provide support to managers. Capacity to develop team plans, manage resources, train staff and meet budget targets. Mature knowledge of health, safety and IT compliance within court settings. Benefits Annual leave 25 days, increasing to 30 after 5 years of service.
