Service Delivery Manager (6 month FTC - London - onsite)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join us for a 6 month fixed term contract in London. The role will be supporting one of our prominent Financial Services clients and will be full time onsite at their office in Bishopsgate. 

Responsibilities:
In this varied role, your main focus will be on managing the delivery of our client's Technology Infrastructure platform which supports a variety of business lines across the UK and Capital Markets Europe. 

You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of key technology functions, such as Mobility, Tradefloor, Non-trade, AV, and Techbar.

You'll ensure regular communication through touchpoints and updates regarding the service offerings and ongoing projects. As you interact with business teams, you'll play a vital role in relaying service issues back to the team for resolution, while actively enhancing the connection between the Service Delivery team and the Platforms.

Qualifications & Experience:

The right candidate for this role will have:

Essential: 

  • Professional service delivery management experience 
  • Experience of working in an Enterprise environment
  • Experience of working in an IT/Technology services organisation 
Desirable:
  • Financial services industry experience is preferable, but not essential

The budgeted salary for this role is between £60,000 - £70,000 per year, based on experience and alignment with the role requirements. Please note this is the annualised salary and would be pro-rata for the duration of the FTC.
