My client is looking for full time Service Manager to lead two brand new services in the heart of Tadley near Basingstoke in Hampshire.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone that wants to make a tangible impact to people’s life, supporting a good team to provide good support.

Across both supported living services, we are supporting female and male adults with various learning disabilities and complex health needs, and who are supported 24/7. They all enjoy a variety of activities at home and in the community, incl. taking themto ice skating, going to theatres and concerts, countryside walking, and more

- **Shifts - Monday to Friday**

**Key Duties of Service Manager:
- Supporting adults with dementia and residential unit.
- Formulation of support plans.
- Writing of residential core assessments, pathway plans and other competent reports to professionals as necessary.
- Direct work with people we support and their families as part of the family support work to assess risks, strengths, and viability of living in the community.
- Day to day running of the projects, policies and procedure, finance and all administration involved.
- Managing and working with set budgets.
- Maintain up to date both manual and electronic records and databases.
- Liaise with social care regulators and local authorities to ensure satisfactory standards are maintained.
- To ensure that agreed quality assurances initiatives are implemented within the home.
- To manage the effective use of resources and maintain high levels of occupancy.

**Skills Required for Service Manager:
- You will need to have a strong record of achievement, along with previous experience of being a manager with a strong backing of CQC previous inspections.
- You will need to have sound knowledge and understanding of CQC and current legislations.
- You will need to have a health & social care degree and or management qualification within the health care sector or an equivalent.
- You will need to have experience of Social Services and Local Authorities.
- You will need to have excellent working with dementia and also has a residential unit.
- You will need to have excellent presentation and communications skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
