**About the Role**

As a key member of the property team, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our customer service function, scheduling workloads, coordinating repairs, and ensuring that customer interactions are handled with care and efficiency. You’ll play a pivotal role in managing relationships with customers, contractors, and your colleagues to keep everything running smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and coordinate the daily workload for the Multi-trade Operatives.
- Be the go-to point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and ensuring they receive regular updates.
- Diagnose and prioritise repair requests, coordinating with contractors to ensure swift resolution.
- Keep all customer data accurately logged and up to date.
- Ensure smooth collaboration between customers and contractors while adhering to data protection regulations.
- Proactively manage van stock control for Multi-trade Operatives.
- Manage repair cost processes in line with company procedures.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven customer service experience ideally within housing, property development, maintenance, or similar industry.
- A natural relationship builder with strong communication and IT skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Previous experience in property or a related field is preferred.
- A valid driving license is required due to the location.
