 £37,500 + uncapped commission (OTE £50,000+)

About the Role

We're looking for a commercially focused Account Manager to oversee key relationships with major construction and infrastructure contractors across the South Coast. You'll take ownership of complex, project-driven accounts, ensuring materials are delivered accurately, on time, and profitably.

This role suits someone who understands how large contractor frameworks operate—multiple sites, strict timelines, and the need for a dependable, solution-led supply partner.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow main contractor accounts, providing consistent support across multiple projects.

-Coordinate supply from tender through to delivery, resolving challenges quickly.

- Identify opportunities to increase spend and introduce new product ranges.

-Negotiate commercial terms to maintain strong margins and customer value.

- Collaborate with internal branches, suppliers, and logistics teams.

- Monitor account performance and adjust strategy to drive growth.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience managing major construction, utilities, or infrastructure accounts.

- Understanding of project-led supply chains and contractor procurement processes.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and organisational skills.

- Results-driven and proactive, with a solution-focused mindset.

- Full UK driving licence (essential).
