Senior Account Executive

A great opportunity for a Senior Account Executive to join a leading creative agency. This role requires someone with exceptional organisational skills, the ability to proactively and seek out new opportunities and work under pressure in a fast-paced agency environment.

You will join our Client Services team and be dedicated to a single, high-profile global client. You will spearhead all initiatives and serve as the key communication link between the client and the agency, running multiple projects and coordinating on-time delivery from the studio.

What you’ll do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a key global client
- Oversee multiple projects, ensuring they run to schedule and on budget.
- Work directly with client on day-to-day enquiries, feedback and workflow management.
- Raising new quotes and discussing them with the client, liaising with suppliers and internal teams.
- Work with a dedicated creative team to brief and monitor project progress through the day, week and month.
- Lead client meetings, external and internal QBR’s, and project updates with confidence and clarity
- Supporting clients and identifying opportunities for business growth.

Who you are

You should be confident, diligent, and highly organised, with a friendly, approachable manner and outstanding verbal and written communication skills. The ability to multitask and prioritise is essential, as you’ll be managing multiple projects at once. Ideally, you’ll bring 5+ years of creative agency experience in account management.

You will also play a key role in supporting our strategic and commercial growth by identifying opportunities to expand client accounts and contributing to revenue targets through smart, insight-led recommendations.

Where you’ll be

Remote 2 days a week, and 3 days from our studio in Bramley, Hampshire, UK.

Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
