We are TDS. We were established in 2003 to operate tenancy deposit schemes across the UK and to provide dispute resolution services in relation to tenancy deposits. We now operate tenancy deposit schemes in England and Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland from our head office in Hemel Hempstead and our other offices in Glasgow and Belfast. In 2022 we also launched the New Homes Ombudsman Service. We are collaborative and forward-thinking with our colleagues and customers at the heart of everything we do. We have an opportunity as an **Internal Communications Officer.**

**Some of the key responsibilities include**:

- Managing the development and delivery of internal communications to ensure all 220+ colleagues across TDS remain informed.
- Collaborating closely with the CEO, executives, and department heads to execute internal communications, such as a monthly letter, intranet, and various other channels.
- Providing strategic advise and support to the CEO regarding internal communication matters, making suggestions for improvements.
- Oversee and organise company-wide town hall meetings, handling tasks such as agenda drafting, presentation preparation, and logístical coordination.
- Ensuring that office communication visuals are consistently updated across all three locations.

**To be considered for this opportunity you must be able to demonstrate practical knowledge and experience of**:

- Internal communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field
- Creating varied employee communications
- Demonstrating a creative mindset and the capability to generate innovative ideas for compelling content.
- Showcasing robust project management skills, including the ability to multitask effectively and prioritise competing deadlines.
- Crafting clear and concise communications, adept at translating information from diverse sources.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From £22,080.00 per year

Expected hours: 22.5 per week
