As a Communication Manager you’ll have the experience and skills on how to get the message out not just to internal, but also external stakeholders, and have proven experience creating targeted content.

The role will be predominantly UK focused but will have an involved with the US parent company to feed into the local and global communication strategies. This is a new role to the organisation, so will be an opportunity to create their communications strategyfrom the ground up.
- Create informative and interesting internal communications protocols that will drive and improve employee engagement.
- Develop and implement effective external communication strategies that build brand awareness.
- Determine strategic communications campaigns that will help further organisational goals and strategic direction.
- Develop and lead all social media channel management.
- Define key performance indicators for each communications channel which will indicate levels of success.
- Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all communication materials and collateral.
- Work with the wider business to generate new ideas and strategies.
- Supervise projects to guarantee all content is publication-ready.
- Create communication and marketing strategies for new initiatives, launches, events, and promotions.
- Be a lead for all internal communication events and leadership led roadshows.

The role is hybrid in how they work and will report into the HR Director. You’ll also be have a communications administrator as a direct report.

Their recruitment process is straightforward and swift.

Their mid-point for this role is £57,000 with a car allowance of £5460. 15% bonus, health care, and enhanced pension.
