About The Role
This is an opportunity as Resort Brand Communications Executive to join our Guest experience Marketing team, you will be responsible
for delivering the best pre-arrival and on resort communication experience for
our guests, helping them to plan and navigate the Butlin’s experience, build
excitement, recommendation, and brand love.
Working closely with the Marketing, Digital and Social
teams, you will be supporting our guest on their journey efficiently and
accurately across all channels, whilst supporting any changes required at a
pace to match the businesses focus.
This will include evolving and simplifying the pre-arrival
journey to inform, engage and excite our guests about their upcoming holiday.
The Resort Brand Communication Manager will also be
responsible for the implementation and delivery of all on-resort marketing
printed material and digital content, delivering this on an agreed budget
whilst managing the audit of the current marketing materials. This includes
point of sale, wayfinding, and identifying promotional opportunities for
up-sell, cross promotion through our activities, F&B and retail shops.
About You
We’re looking for a Resort Brand Communications Executive with
a background in marketing and customer insight to join our Guest experience
Marketing team here at Butlin’s. This
could be the perfect opportunity for an experienced marketing communications
profession, ready to step into their first management position.
You will be supporting the guests journey from point of
booking, use of our retail shops, and food and beverage venues so previous
experience of managing multiple campaigns will be beneficial. Print management
and copy-writing will be a part of the role as you will be developing
and organising content for communication alongside our Brand Team, so a good
understanding of this will be valuable.
This role requires an understanding of external competitors and a
desire to stay up to date with a proactive attitude to continue to evolve a way
of working. You should be confident in presenting new and existing processes to
a diverse range of audiences, consistently taking on feedback to help improve
and simplify.
You’ll be working closely with our Skegness resort, so
travel here once per week will be required, as well as coming into our central
support office in Hemel twice per week.
