Our client, a highly acquisitive international PR Group, seeks an immediately available Bookkeeper to help manage and run the finance functions of recent acquisitions. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will deal with the day to day finance issues including:

- Overseeing Sales and Purchase Ledger including issuing invoices for projects and managing revenue allocations.
- Produce Monthly Financial Reports (Bank, supplier payment run, supplier payment record).
- Review and submit quarterly VAT return.
- Analyse and reconcile all nominal codes on Xero, review debtors and creditors analysis reports.
- Chase supplier statements/query disputed invoices/reconcile suppler statements.
- Pay external providers on a weekly basis.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards
- Liaise with internal department heads in order to ensure accurate billing
