**How you’ll make an impact**

Sitting within the Digital Team which is part of Xero’s Global Brand and Marketing Team, you will play a key role in driving Xero’s business performance.You will be instrumental in growing our subscriber base through a mix of programmes and initiatives,driven through digital means, to support the acquisition and growth of direct small business subscribers and Accountant and Bookkeeper partners.

You will be part of an experienced, fifty+ strong global digital team who manage digital advertising, SEO, Analytics, Onsite Optimisation, Dev & Design, Engineering and a variety of other related digital marketing projects.

You will make an impact by accelerating Xero’s growth through excellence in digital media planning and optimisation, innovation, data driven thinking and proactive collaboration with regional marketing teams to deliver great work.

**What you'll do**:

- Leading and executing paid social campaigns.
- Report on business results, analysis, campaign wrap up reports and make recommendations for improvements.
- Help manage vendor and agency relationships.
- Effectively partner with UK Digital Marketing team and global core teams, work effectively within a grid management environment to deliver the UK marketing priorities, reaching the targeted segments via Paid channels.
- Work alongside our Analytics teams to use attribution and measurement techniques to develop insights and recommendations to drive growth in Paid Media.

**What You’ll Bring With You**:

- Working knowledge of advertising platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and other Social Ad platforms as well as Programmatic Advertising.
- Digital media experience. (Agency experience is a big advantage as is working for global brands)
- Strong knowledge of advertising and analytics platforms (Google Marketing Platform, Facebook etc)
- A broader understanding of all digital and mobile channels.
- Great ability to build rapport with cross-functional teams; establish trust and collaboration, and effectively balance the needs of various stakeholders.
- Be someone who is highly numerate, enjoys working with data and comfortable with optimising paid media channels using a data-driven mind-set.
