Otter Garden Centres are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice to join our Marketing Team. This is a new and exciting role where youll help us promote Otter across various channels, including online platforms and traditional methods. Youll gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media, and also support our 7 garden centres with their local marketing efforts. If youre eager to learn and have a passion for creativity, this is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career in marketing.

As a Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice, you will play a vital role in helping us promote Otter across various channels, including digital platforms, social media, and traditional marketing avenues. You will gain hands-on experience in all aspects of marketing, from creating and managing online content to supporting our 7 garden centres with their local marketing efforts.

Some duties:
ECOMMERCE - PLANT SHOP - Maintain all products, update product info and monitor stocks. - Organise product deliveries. - Monitor orders and report on sales. - Answer customer enquiries. - Manage continued communication with customers.

SOCIAL MEDIA - Support the marketing manager to create & post content. - Help to manage customer messages. - Manage competitions.

WEBSITE - Maintain website and keep content up to date. - Work with marketing team to create blogs. - Support the marketing manager to manage Google Analytics - monitor and report on key metrics. - Support the marketing manager to manage Google Ads & Google Shopping.

E-NEWSLETTERS - Execute newsletter plan. - Drive new initiatives to gain more subscribers.

RETAIL SUPPORT - Creating POS to increase sales in store. - Maintain ‘W drive’ database of POS for all branches. Cleanse & communicate changes to all stores. - Create seasonal and campaign focussed POS. - Be proactive and come up with new instore ideas for POS.

Hours: 37.50 per week
