We are actively seeking an experienced assessments coordinator with a passion for teamwork and open communication to join our on-site team at CST Training, based in Dartford, UK.
You'll be joining our brand-new office in Dartford, marking an exciting expansion in our company's ongoing growth journey. This isn't merely a new location, but a significant milestone in our commitment to broaden our reach and enhance our services.
More importantly, you'll be a vital part of a brand-new team being assembled specifically for this office.
Your role within our dynamic and collaborative team will be instrumental. This is a thrilling chance for those who thrive in a team-oriented environment and are seeking a rewarding career path.
You will operate full time from our Dartford office. Your role is pivotal in understanding and navigating the challenges faced by the team, company, and industry as we coordinate the plethora of training courses conducted each year.
**Role Responsibilities**:
Your key responsibilities will encompass:
Ensuring smooth operation of our NVQ, VRQs and other assessment related qualifications.
Submitting course results to awarding bodies.
Utilising our CRM (HubSpot) effectively.
Understanding and utilising qualification specifications and online awarding body portals.
Continuously developing your understanding of CST Training's products to enhance team communication with customers.
As a dedicated and proactive team player, you should have at least 3 years of experience in a administrative/coordinator role.
Your profile should demonstrate:
Solid formal qualifications.
Knowledge of the construction/training sector (not required but desirable)
Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities. You will working in conjunction with a remote team.
Exceptional organisational skills, punctuality, and self-motivation.
Proficiency in various IT systems and programs such as Databases, CRM (e.g., HubSpot), Excel, Word, and Google Workspaces.
Ability to stay cool and composed under pressure.
Solution-oriented mindset.
