As a Property Maintenance Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for a variety of critical tasks to keep our operations running smoothly.

Working hours: 8:00-17:00

**Your main responsibilities will include**:
**Quoting Jobs**: Assessing the scope of maintenance work required and preparing detailed and accurate quotes for clients.

**Material Procurement**:Sourcing and gathering all necessary materials for scheduled jobs, ensuring they are available when needed.

**Scheduling**:Organizing and managing the work schedule for maintenance tasks, coordinating with both tenants and our team of engineers.

**Tenant Liaison**: Acting as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing their concerns and ensuring they are informed about scheduled maintenance activities.

**Engineer Coordination**: Working closely with engineers to relay job details, gather feedback, and ensure quality and timely completion of work.

**Administrative Support**:Collaborating with the office admin and manager for administrative tasks, record keeping, and ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in property maintenance, project coordination, or a similar role.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Proficiency in using standard office software and tools, including CRM systems and work management software.
