**Panel Administrator (Fostering) - Dartford**
**Panel Administrator and Assessment Administrator**
We are looking for a full time, motivated, dependable and experienced Administrator to work primarily in coordinating our Fostering Panel but also to be an Assessment Coordinator within the organisation.
The job description includes the following aspects:
- **Panel Administrator**
- Co-ordinating internally regarding Panel meetings
- Liaising with Independent Panel Members with regard to all aspects of the upcoming Panel meeting
- Co-ordinating diaries and setting up meetings
- Co-ordinating times for each presenter to attend a Panel meeting
- Ensuring reports are uploaded to our internal portal in a timely manner for the Members to read before Panel
- Pre Panel paperwork on our internal inhouse database
- Post Panel paperwork on our internal inhouse database
- Attending the Panel meetings via Zoom (as frequently as three times per month) and ensuring they run smoothly.
- Working closely with the Panel Advisor who will guide you of the content for each Panel
- Setting up and running Zoom meetings to a high standard, using waiting rooms and recording
**Assessment Administrator**
- Supporting the coordination of all assessment related administration
- Working with various team members on the completion of all checks and assessments
- Minuting all assessment related internal assessment reviews
- Liaising with fostering applicants to ensure completion of necessary checks and ensuring their wellbeing during this process
- Administrating assessment related Data Base (Zora and CHARMS)
- Coordinating the preparatory training for all fostering applicants (including ensuring all applicants attend training with require timelines, booking venues etc).
**Essential**
You must have an eye for detail, be organised, committed, have a patient disposition and an unflappable approach as time frames will often be taken to the very last minute. Strong communication skills are essential as is the ability to work as a very integral part of the Assessment and Panel team but at the same time, you must be able to work on your own initiative.
