**About the role**

We have a variety of continental shift patterns, all shifts include 12 hour days and nights.

**What are your daily tasks as a Multi-skilled Production Operative?**
- Operate standard machinery - full training provided.
- Ensure the effective running of production and packaging lines.
- Complete quality checks and record results, reporting any non-conformances.
- Work as part of a team to ensure the site is audit-ready at all times.
- Contribute to meeting team and company-wide production targets, which make a real difference to our business and our customers.

**Salaries**
- 24/7 shift pattern - A 4 on 4 off continuous shift pattern. Average of 42 hours per week. **£27,377.31 per annum including shift allowance.**
- 24/5 shift pattern - A continental shift pattern across 5 days per week, full weekends off every week. Average of 40 hours per week. **£26,073.63 per annum including shift allowance.**
