Supertemps are working with an established, award-winning manufacturer that are at the cutting edge of food production and manufacturing.

The company is recruiting for a permanent, full time Office and Accounts Manager to join their expanding manufacturing site based near Caernarfon, North Wales.

As the Office and Accounts Manager your responsibilities will include:

- Undertaking all accounts management functions including: credit control, sales ledger
- Performing bank reconciliations and transfer monies between accounts
- Administration of company bank accounts, factoring facilities, loans and credit cards
- Perform credit checks and set up new customer accounts
- Preparing monthly financial reports and P & L’s
- Manage all office functions including; office administration, sales order processing, despatches and invoicing
- Compile wages information and submit to outsource payroll manager
- Perform adhoc HR duties, management reports and requests for financial information

We are keen to see your CV if you have the following:

- Previous accounts / finance management experience
- Experience of both sales and purchase ledger
- Experienced user of Sage 50 accounts software
- Supervisory experience
- Possess excellent numeracy, literacy and communication skills
- Friendly and approachable
- Detail orientated but able to prioritise and work to deadlines
- Ability to drive and own vehicle due to location

In exchange you will receive a competitive salary of up to £30,000 per annum depending on skills and experience.This is a full time, permanent role working Mon - Thurs 8am - 4.15pm and Friday 8am - 3.30pm.
