Trainee Estate Agent

This is an exciting opportunity to join a local family Estate Agent where you will learn all aspects of the role and the industry. Training can be provided if necessary.

Successful Applicant will be familiar with working in an office environment with excellent customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Property Viewings
- Management of front office, greeting clients in branch
- All aspects of office administration, secretarial duties, dealing with offers, sales and lettings progressions.
- Preparing check-in and check-out tenancy reports/inventories and Dealing with end of tenancies.

**Salary**: Depending on experience plus commission
Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 to 5:30. To include one Saturday every four weeks in place of one of your usual working day (usually Monday)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From £22,000.00 per year
