We have an opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to join a successful, rapidly growing company in a full time, permanent, role that offers a great salary, supported study, and the chance to develop your careerBased in an area of outstanding natural beauty on the Gwynedd coast, in this varied office administrator role you will be responsible for meeting the day to day demands of office administration. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager you will be workingwith a friendly, driven team in an idyllic location.

As the Office Administrator you will be responsible for:

- Carrying out administrative tasks which will ensure the smooth running of the office and various projects
- Dealing with all forms of communication
- Keeping systematic records of all works undertaken
- Timesheet management
- Providing advice and information on the services the organisation provides whilst maintaining relations with service users
- Data handling & inputting, filing, record keeping, preparing meetings and dealing with outgoing post
- Answering calls and dealing with enquiries
- General office duties

- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Good numerical skills and attention to detail
- Have the ability to manage, plan and prioritise own workload to meet deadlines

This is a full-time permanent role, working Monday - Friday 40 hours per week, with a salary in Circa of £22,500 negotiable dependent on skills and experience.

This role would be commutable from, Pwllheli, Blaenau Ffestiniog, Porthmadog, Caernarfon, Bangor and parts of Conwy.Successful applicants would need a full UK licence and own vehicle.
