We are seeking a full-time Therapy Assistant on a permanent contract for our Secondary/Sixth Form provision.

- Experience of working with a range of student needs and Autism is required
- Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team is desirable
- An eye for detail for good communication skills
- Excellent communication skills and a team player

**Further details about the role**

The Lion Works School is an Independent Special School for students aged 11-18 with an EHCP and predominantly a diagnosis of Autism.

We are recruiting a new role for a Therapy Assistant who will deliver sessions based on plans and training from a SaLT and OT.

Experience of working with a range of additional needs is essential although experience in this specific role is not essential as full training will be provided.
