We have a fantastic opportunity within our client, who is a global firm, to join their busy Customer Service Team where you will be supporting customers & colleagues through their journey with their high value after sales services. You are able to **completely work from home** and can be based anywhere in the UK

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, highly motivated and is passionate about creating an innovative customer experience, building strong relationships with customers and who strives for continuous improvement.

**Customer Service Duties**:

- Providing quotations and dealing with customer queries relating to Warranty and Returns
- Processing orders, claims and returns requests in a prompt and efficient manner using SAP
- Validate warranty claims and returns requests, liaise with appropriate after sales departments where applicable
- Update all transactions on CRM
- Organise collection of product to warehouse/workshop and assist with transportation issues

**Customer Service Skills & Experience**:
You will have experience of working with customer service, have a super friendly approach, a helpful attitude and enjoy accurately maintaining systems
- Benefits: 26 days holiday, £3K bonus, private medical, generous pension, 9 - 5pm, over time available at 1.5_
- Location: completely working from home. You can be based anywhere in the UK._
