**About the Role**:
You will be part of our Core Sales team. We are a proud, collaborative and driven team. There is huge potential to earn and uncapped commission.
Working with the World’s innovating executives from a wide range of organisations, accountable for developing business with well-established accounts through cross selling.
Accountabilities**:
- Direct and grow a portfolio of customers from the mid-market segment in addition to identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Achieve detailed awareness of the customer’s most important business and talent needs through skillful probing.
- Takes care of renewal of customer contracts & subscriptions.
**Experience**:
- Curiosity and a desire to lean and build and grow long term relationships with SHL customers
- B2B Sales experience would be an advantage but not essential
- A Bachelors or Masters would be an advantage but not essential
- Strong drive to overcome challenges and be successful
