We are hiring for a Strategic Account Manager to join our European Strategic Sales team. This is a unique opportunity to work with leading global organisations selling market leading solutions. Uncapped commission, great career opportunities and flexibleworking.
**About the Role**:
As our newly appointed Strategic Account Manager you will be responsible for selling Talent Assessment Solutions into a portfolio of Strategic clients You will carry out the strategic management and planning of key accounts and all relationships within themto embed SHL’s products and services and actively seek and develop new streams of business within your account portfolio.
You will meet with clients to gain an in-depth understanding of their business, HR, Development and workforce planning strategy using the SHL Strategic Talent Management framework to effectively problem solve and recommend SHL solutions.

You will liaise within the various delivery teams within SHL to ensure the highest quality delivery of client projects as well as writing proposals and quotes to clients as part of meeting follow-up
You will write & deliver presentations to clients and at local regional events ??????and attend open days and exhibitions to promote SHL. This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of the leading organisations in the world.
**About you**:
- You will have several years of successful senior sales/account management experience, including holding commercial negotiations within a blue-chip client base
- You will have proven ability to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual financial goals
- You will have experience of managing multiple commercial processes (new business sales and renewals), forecasting precisely, and identifying challenges to a positive commercial outcome
- You will have an understanding of the Talent Assessment market and have a strong ethic for fulfilling service requests and keen interest in building relationships
