**Service Coordinator**

My client is recruiting for a Service Coordinator to join a well-established and growing team that offers national coverage delivering technical facilities support services through our technology-led approach.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is ambitious with the drive to progress within the company

The role:

- Raise, process and close out works through the Computer Aided Facilities Management system
- Place orders and track progress with suppliers
- Liaise with engineers, sub-contractors, and customers to arrange maintenance visits.
- Generate and distribute service documentation.
- Generate and distribute sales invoices.
- Assist with maintaining various operational registers, including but not limited to tool & equipment lists and stock lists.
- General customer service calls and outbound sales calls when required.
- Utilising various Microsoft packages to fulfil operational need, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- All duties to be carried out in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
- To carry out work in a safe and diligent manner
- To comply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures
- To attend and fully participate in training and appraisal activities as required.
- To inspect and take care of company equipment and assets.
- To undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as required

The offer:

- Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm
- 20 + 8 Bank Holidays - Increase by x1 for each year of service
- Up to £25,000 - Dependent on experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Manchester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
