**Service Coordinator** As a Service Coordinator, you'll play a key role coordinating the allocation of our services. You'll be responsible for ensuring that Training, Audits and Fire Risk Assessments are delivered in an effective and efficient manner. We're looking for someone who is able to handle change and good at "plate spinning". As you'll know if you've worked in a role that involved coordinating people, things don't always go to plan and it's vital to be able to keep a cool head and work out a logical solution. We'd also like to find someone who is data-driven and methodical, whilst being good at working with people and a variety of different Stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Management of forecasting, projections and scheduling services accordingly - Responsible for the collation and internal communication of audit information to colleagues and clients - Responsible for the management of the Audit on-going service schedule - Planning of efficient and cost-effective scheduling of location visits for Audits, booking Audits and all related calendar management - Timely client correspondence related to Audits - Responsible for the reconciliation of Audit rounds - Support the Service Manager with ad hoc tasks, when required - Assessment and authorising of special tasks, in collaboration with the Services Team Manager - Support the Services Team Manager with all aspects of the service delivery for new and existing customers, in particular audits - Responsible for the production of the Blade KPI performance figures **We are looking for someone that has**: - Strong work ethic - Impeccable attention to detail - Confident, friendly and flexible approach - Proven ability to work within a team and individually - Excellent communication, organisational and record keeping skills - Creative problem-solving skills Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Additional leave - Casual dress - Company events - Company pension - Cycle to work scheme - Enhanced maternity leave - Enhanced paternity leave - Free or subsidised travel - Health & wellbeing programme - Referral programme - Sick pay - Transport links - Work from home Schedule: - Monday to Friday **Experience**: - Customer service: 1 year (preferred) - Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred) - Scheduling: 2 years (preferred) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Manchester Reference ID: Service
