This is a very real opportunity to work with multiple stakeholders globally to centralise accountability and strategic elements of talent attraction to ensure the colleague experience is the best it can be.

Working as a Global Talent Attraction Project Lead, you will be a key member of a values-based team whose objectives are to deliver a fantastic journey for colleagues from day 1.

As you can imagine this will be a busy project, where ultimately you will be responsible for the end-to-end process focusing on improving current metrics and outcomes. Collaborating with global teams, you'll be utilising your strategic talent attractiontoolkit to evaluate what is working, what isn't, and what processes will deliver the best results within a competitive marketplace. You'll evaluate current RPO relationships, develop technology solutions, design onboarding strategies and develop EVP.

You'll have previous relevant experience within a senior HR/Talent Attraction and Project Management role, and will be comfortable in designing, implementing, and improving global processes within a large multi-stakeholder, matrix structure.

A natural project manager with excellent attention to detail; you'll be a sophisticated stakeholder manager, willing to challenge where appropriate and contribute with creative added value solutions to problems & issues that arise within a dynamic environment.You'll have insight into the latest trends in Talent attraction, and will be keen to utilise that skill, knowledge & experience to deliver a tangible business benefit for a high-profile, global blue-chip powerhouse.

Initially offered a 6 month FTC basis, there is a VERY high probability of the role being made permanent. They completely adopt the hybrid way of working; you have total flexibility to work from where you work best, and face-to-face meetings are from theirNW based offices. Due to the nature of the role, there will be some global travel on a quarterly basis.
