This role is vital for keeping our product listings accurate and optimised, ensuring the best online shopping experience for our customers.
**Your Role**:
Dive into the dynamic world of e-commerce as our new Data Administrator, where you’ll play a crucial role in sculpting the online shopping experience for customers around the globe. Every day, you'll:
- **Champion Data Accuracy**: Take the helm of our product listings across diverse platforms, ensuring every detail from price to description shines with precision and lures shoppers in.
- **Master the Tools of the Trade**: Wield Excel and Google Sheets like a pro to swiftly implement updates and keep our digital shelves stocked and styled to perfection.
- **Launch New Products**: Spot gaps in our lineup and launch new products onto the marketplace stage, using your keen eye for detail to ensure they debut without a hitch.
- **Revolutionise Our Listings**: Respond to the pulse of our operations by updating product specs and dimensions, ensuring our catalogue remains accurate and ahead of the curve.
- **Elevate Our Game**: Delve deeper into optimising listings and diagnosing sales trends to turn underperformers into bestsellers.
**Skills We Love**:
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to work with high accuracy.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in data management tools and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with a knack for identifying trends and insights from data.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of working as part of a team or independently.
- Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role is highly advantageous.

**Flexible Working Hours**:
Full-time, with the flexibility to start anytime between 8:00am and 9:30am and finish between 4:00pm and 5:30pm (37.5hrs per week).
You will be based at our modern offices near Sheriff Hutton (YO60), so having your own transport is essential.
