We are currently seeking an experienced and talented **People Team Administrator**to join our high performing team.
**LOCATION**: Based in Newry HQ
**CONTRACT TYPE**: Full-time, permanent
**HOURS**: Monday - Friday, with early finish on Fridays
**Role Responsibilities**
**Recruitment**:
- Assist with pre-employment checks and on-boarding process ensuring a seamless experience for new joiners.
- Attend careers fairs and events to promote the company.
**Learning & Development**:
- Provide efficient administrative support in relation to learning and development, employee wellness and company social events.
- Coordinate logistics for training, generating monthly reports on needs and costs.
- Maintain accurate training data including, mandatory skills training, skills cards and refresher sessions.
- Maintain strong working relationship with all training vendors and ensure accuracy of vendor data.
- Manage all aspects of invoicing process.
- Support the People team with the company induction programme.
**People Operations**:
- Maintaining accurate employee personnel files and data through effective use of the HRIS.
- Support the implementation of all people initiatives and systems.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- A minimum of one year’s experience in a busy People/HR function. Previous experience with recruitment and/or learning & development will be advantageous.
- Experience of using a database system to accurately record data, such as a HR Information System (HRIS), a Learner Management System (LMS), or a recruitment Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
**Skills & Attributes**:
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Professional manner and ability to deal with colleagues across all levels of the company, up to and including Directors.
- Organised and the ability to prioritise competing requests and varied workload.
- Collaborative approach to work and ability to work well within a team.
