**Job Overview**

Issuing of working documentation to the production department as and when required. Maintain a
record of all documents issued and ensure only current copies are made available for each area
through the maintenance of a secure and controlled filling system.

**Main Activities/Tasks**

The main duties of the position will include but will not be limited to the following:

- Maintenance of a training Matrix for Production Suites that tracks the training status of all

operatives working in a particular area.
- Liaise with Production Supervisors / Management to ensure that all training is provided prior

to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) effective dates.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure that SOP’s are maintained in a current and

compliant state.
- Assist Production Supervisors in ensuring that the area operates to the GMP level required

within the Pharmaceutical industry.
- Other administration duties as and when required.

**Essential Criteria:
**- Educated to at least GCSE level with grade C or above in English and Maths or equivalent.
- Have relevant experience within an Administration role, demonstrating the use of Microsoft

packages e.g. Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills along with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Previous Administration experience
- Previous Production Experience
- Willing to work a shift pattern
