Established in 1991, JY Hygiene Supplies Ltd is a family owned and run biomedical engineering and consumable supply company, with customer care and support at its core. The company supplies continence management, janitorial and medical products, as well as a wide range of medical equipment.

Since 2008, JY Hygiene has become one of Northern Ireland’s leading providers of patient moving and handling equipment. In addition to a range of staff and product training, J.Y. Hygiene provides tailor-made equipment maintenance programs for care homes, community groups and hospitals.

To provide maternity cover across the next 12 months (with the possibility of an extension or alternative position within the company), we currently have the following vacancy:
**GENERAL OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR - MATERNITY COVER**

The General Office Administrator role includes all aspects of Office Administration, including the provision of support to both the Service and Sales Departments.
- DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:_
- Telephone and office reception, assisting Sales and Servicing colleagues
- Full maintenance of the inhouse servicing database, which includes regular data entry to update service history and contact details for all clients and equipment.
- Entering appointments into the Engineers’ shared calendar
- Making contact with clients via telephone to re-book appointments, where necessary
- Collating engineer job reports, preparing weekly summary service reports and invoicing customers.
- Assist with general sales processing in the absence of administration colleagues
- KEY SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE:_
- Excellent understanding, working knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office products.
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- The ability to think proactively, in order to reorganise schedules at short notice.
- The ability to cope well in a busy office environment and work effectively under pressure
- A working knowledge of SAGE accounts is preferable, but not essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
