Projects Administrator

Base Location: Northamptonshire or Surrey (any surrounding areas close to or near)

We’re now looking to recruit a **Projects Administrator and Pipeline Coordinator** who will be responsible for supporting the TF Solutions team and undertaking business clerical tasks to ensure the smooth running of operations. You will serve as a trusted partner providing support on administrative and business management matters and projects.
**Key responsibilities for this role include**:
**Project Order Support**:
- Act as the client liaison for all Project works secured across both TF Solutions and BSS- Managing works programmes for clients- Lead the programme of works communication via suppliers- Organise commissioning visits via clients and suppliers- Liaising with suppliers for factory witness testing, site acceptance testing.- Risk management and document control.
**Pipeline Management**:
- Responsible for liaising with Account Managers across TFS and BSS to ensure pipelines are chased down and updated accordingly.- Ensure all technical documentation is up to date and recorded against individual projects for compliance perspectives- Enquiry acknowledgement and prioritisation of works
**Order Management**- Raising purchase orders- Placing orders on suppliers- Equipment forecasting- Liaising with credit control- Order acknowledgements clients and suppliers- Arranging equipment to site dates
**Cross functional collaboration**:
- Working with Commercial teams in TFS and BSS- Collaboration with Marketing, technical team, sales teams.
**What we are looking for?**
You will be someone who offers strong administrative and organisational skills.
You would have previously worked in a similar role of administration, possibly project management, or account management.
Previous experience within Microsoft office/ Excel and Google suite.
Happy to work as part of a team and collaborate with stakeholders.
Previous experience within the construction industry/ wholesales or distribution (desired)
