**You must live in Newport or surrounding areas in Cardiff to be considered for this position.** **We will be holding selection telephone interviews between Thursday 29th August and Saturday 7th September.** **Position**: Concierge Team Member **Location**: Work from home We shall supply you with your pc equipment to work from home. You must have a suitable work place away from the family living environment and and not suitable for anyone who wishes to provide their own childcare whilst working. **Hours**:You will work a 40-hour week, spread over 5 days. The vacancy hours are: - Monday 10-7, Tuesday 10-7, Wednesday 10-7 and Thursday 10-7, Friday OFF, Saturday OFF and Sunday 9-6 - Monday OFF, Tuesday 9-6, Wednesday 9-6, Thursday 9-6, Friday 9-6, Saturday 1-10 and Sunday OFF - Monday 11-8, Tuesday 11-8, Wednesday 11-8, Thursday 11-8, Friday OFF, Saturday OFF and Sunday 9-6 **Role Overview**: As a member of our concierge team, your responsibilities will include: - Registering client details and forwarding them to relevant in-branch teams to arrange viewings. - Booking property valuations. - Completing various administrative tasks for our network of branches, such as creating brochures, floor plans, window cards, editing photos, and data input. - Collaborating with your team to achieve success and maintain consistently high service standard. - You will work a 40-hour week, spread over 5 days.
