**Call Handler - Newport
Full Time 6 Month FTC
£9.74p/h - Paid Weekly
Flexibility needed Monday-Sunday 7am-8pm**
We are currently hiring for call handlers to assist our client from their Newport offices in the NP10 postcode. Assisting customers and clients with queries and transferring them to the relevant departments needed.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answering incoming/outgoing calls from customers and clients
- Use the internal system to provide an accurate and timely response, or escalate queries where applicable.
- Be customer focused at all times ensuring that excellent customer service is provided on all calls.
- Working with the wider team to deliver results during peak times.

**Skills, knowledge & experience**:

- Customer service experience
- Computer literate and able to pick up new systems easily through training
- Previous work experience in a contact centre environment would be desirable but not essential
- Being able to work on own initiative & as part of a successful team to succeed on a daily basis.
This is a temporary role for initially 6 months but may be extended dependant on business needs. You would also need to be able to attend the site for various shift patterns.
