Our client, a National Facilities Management Organisation are currently on the search for a **Contract Coordinator** to provide support for the provision of the contracted FM services to the Healthcare site based in Bodmin, Cornwall.
Job summary of the Contract Coordinator:
The role of the Contract Coordinator is to deliver a high quality service in accordance with the requirements of schedules and the Contract.The Contract Coordinator is to take responsibility for the day to day running of the H&S and compliance.This willinclude, but not be limited to, management and leadership of departmental personnel; adherence to GFM and Service User policies in line with ISO 9001 and 14001 accreditations. Ensure that all service deliverables are fully compliant with statutory and contractualrequirements, meeting expectations and returning value to all stakeholders.
Key responsibilities of the Contract Coordinator:
This is a proactive role where you will be responsible for -- Health & Safety and compliance documentation
- Excel spreadsheet recording
- Site reports
- Document maintenance of sharepoint for site records
- Liaising with external parties and central management
Salary & Hours:
- Salary offered - £25,000.00 per annum with 25 days + bank holidays
- 5 days out of 7
**Experience**:
- Our client are looking for someone who as experience in working in an Administration role in Facilities Management
