The role will provide efficient and effective support services to the Managers and team within the Homes & Investments Directorate. You will be predominantly responsible for dealing with complaints and enquiries from residents. This will also include updating accurate component information on our Housing Management and Asset Management Systems. This will be used to inform future planning and the preparation of maintenance programmes of work and compliance within the housing stock.

Ideally, you will:

- Have an understanding of Housing and Landlord Services in a local authority and experience of inputting and extracting financial data
- Demonstrate attention to detail and analytical skills with the ability to interpret information, solve basic problems logically and make appropriate and timely decisions relating to housing enquiries and the need for escalation

**Working Hours: 37 per week**

**Contract Type: Permanent**

**Base: This role is hybrid working from home and office in Bodmin**
