**The Role**
**Customer Service Coordinator - Permanent position - Bodmin**
Nigel Wright are delighted to be partnered with a leading brand in their search for a Customer Service Coordinator, based at their Bodmin Site.
Working on a full-time, Permanent contract you will be joining a successful, well established team to support their customers with enquiries and orders.
**The Person**
**Key Responsibilities:**:
- Professionally and efficiently handle sales/customer enquiries at the agreed standards
- Provide comprehensive service to our customer base as directed by the Sales Office Manager
- Support Area Sales Managers on new leads after qualification period, track leads and enquiries, support upselling activities
- Maintain Company’s customer database, ensuring all companies sales, lead generation and order taking activity is recorded onto the CRM database
- Expectation to undertake any additional training that the company may see appropriate such as team building, collaboration exercises and relevant training
