As a Supervisor your primary role will be to manage, lead and inspire your team to deliver high standards of customer service, enabling them to increase sales and deliver consistently high standards of customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage a team of Sales Advisors, ensuring they are motivated, engaged and always delivering excellent customer service.
- Ensure all cash handling tasks are completed accurately, cashing up, cash security, investigating discrepancies, etc.
- Maintain all legal checks and required paperwork in accordance with company standards and the wider ship operations.
- Efficiently manage stock, including orders, deliveries, breakages and stocktakes.
- Deliver high standards of housekeeping and maintaining a safe working environment for customers and employees.
- Ensure strong communication onboard and to the wider business where required.
- Escalate of issues when they arose, both internally and/or externally.

**Salary**: From £19,656.00 per year
