We have a fantastic opportunity for someone with an Ecommerce and digital background to join a design-led, contemporary & stylish interiors retailer who are seeking someone who can support the development of their website to further enhance the customerjourney and conversion rates.

You will have excellent experience in a similar role, within website management, as well as experience using Shopify Plus and Nosto though this is not essential. Most importantly, you will be an imaginative self-starter who can gel with the collaborativeculture of the company, open to stepping up and offering ideas with a strong desire to progress going forward.

This role will be overseeing the daily management of the Ecommerce platform, working closely with the Ecommerce, Brand & Creative teams, managing relationships with external web development and SEO agencies. The ideal role for someone with the ambition tohelp a rapidly growing company fulfil their potential.

**Key responsibilities for this Ecommerce Executive**:

- Managing and maintaining the optimisation of the brand’s Ecommerce platform, always ensuring the smooth running of the website
- Overseeing the set-up and uploading process of new products onto the website, including product and content pages, collections, search, content and AI
- Frequently ensuring pages are up to date, appropriately tagged, and SEO optimised
- Working with the Content Executive to guarantee the relevance of all content on the Ecommerce site
- Optimising and handling online marketing platforms comprising of personalisation AI, search, and reviews
- Regulating data feeds and Google Merchant Centre in partnership with agency support, ensuring the accurate set-up of new products and enhancing this for marketing activity
- Maintaining streamlined customer experience through the website
- Identifying CRO roadmap opportunities through 3rd party agency collaboration
- Brief, test and sign-off all web development projects with external development agency
- Managing the execution of the company’s CRO roadmap

**Experience & skills required for this Ecommerce Executive**:

- Strong experience working in an ecommerce environment on a D2C or B2C site
- Extensive experience working with Shopify Plus
- Experience with uploading of new products onto the website including the maintenance of existing products
- Google Analytics and SEO experience within a similar role
- Confident self-starter open to sharing ideas and collaboration
- High standard of analytical skills
- Strong ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot
- Understanding of the requirements of a fast-moving environment
- A flexible approach with the ability to embrace challenges of working in a small but rapidly growing company
