Slough Berkshire, United Kingdom WeComm Full time

The Brand A leading name in fashion retail, we're passionate about inspiring confidence and delivering style to customers wherever they are. With decades of heritage and a bold focus on digital transformation, we're redefining what it means to connect fashion with innovation. Our eCommerce team sits at the heart of that journey, blending creativity, data, and technology to create seamless and inspiring online shopping experiences. If you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your ideas can make a real impact, this is the perfect place to do it.
The Role
As the Discovery Optimisation Manager, you'll lead a talented team focused on enhancing how customers find and interact with products online. You'll own the key discovery areas — including search, navigation, taxonomy, product ranking, and content placement — using a data-led, test-and-learn approach to drive continuous improvement. Working closely with Trading, UX, SEO, and Product teams, you'll develop selling strategies, oversee experimentation, and ensure online journeys are intuitive, engaging, and commercially effective. This is a high-impact role that blends data analysis, experimentation, and strategic execution to deliver measurable growth in customer engagement and conversion.
The Person
We're looking for an experienced and analytical eCommerce professional with a strong background in site optimisation and trading performance. You'll have a natural ability to turn insight into action, using data to shape strategy and drive measurable outcomes. A confident communicator and collaborator, you'll work cross-functionally to influence decisions, lead initiatives, and inspire your team to perform at their best. Experience with onsite search, navigation, A/B testing, and performance analytics will be key to success. If you're driven by curiosity, thrive in a culture of experimentation, and are passionate about improving the customer journey, we'd love to hear from you.
